TESTIMONIALS
Bill/Pat-
Hello! Hope that all is well!
I
wanted to give You the progress on “Raven” the
latest of 3 Labs which You provided me with-WE
Hunted Manitoba Canada 2 weeks back- Raven’s
first Waterfowl Hunt. She
will be 2 yrs old
on Nov. 6th- I hunted
her exclusively on Pheasants at Pinewood hunt Club last season
introducing
Her to hunting
in a controlled environment. She preformed very well under the guidance of “Toots” my
13yr old. I killed over 80 Pheasants over her in 2007.
The Manitoba adventure was SPECTACULAR!
Raven
out preformed ever expectation! From day
one’s introduction
to mouthing a Snow to the very last retrieve on a ½ mi. “Sailing
Giant”-
That’s
what Waterfowl Hunting is all about!
Time after time Raven’s superior intelligence, manageability
and unprecedented desire to please
was very impressive to the entire Party. She
is now one of the Group! At weeks end, Raven made just under
200 retrieves on everything Snows/Blues, Cacklers, Lessers,
and Giants. The Ducks were a different story however, due to the vast amount
of mosquitos which limited our afternoon hunts to about 10 minutes! In all,
she retrieved about 15 Ducks- mixed bag!
As I stated, this was the 3rd
out of 4 Labs that
has traveled with me to Canada which You/Labs Unlimited provided
to me over the
past 26 yrs. Your
Labs have probably retrieved well over 6,000 Ducks
and Geese during
these adventures and have provided countless memories.
Our
next trip will take us to Morrill, NE. the first week in Nov. and Dec.
for Ducks. After that, I guess that Raven, Toots and I will be chasing
Quail down here in Northern Georgia.
Once Again, Thanks for providing the entertainment!
Sincerely, Jeff Ciesco
PS- I would send pics, but I can’t figure out how to down-load on
computer from new digital camera- I will when my Sons visits from Purdue!

Bill, thought I'd give you an update on the pup I picked up back in June. She's doing very well for only 5 months old. Just got back from Nodak a week ago. Ruby was a natural born bird machine on pheasants and sharptails. Ducks and geese she left for my big male, Dozer. They were a little too big for her yet. But she went along and watched and tried to help. Never complained about the cold. She'll be a good one! Can't wait till next year.
Thanks, JAMES

Bill,
I took a few nice pictures of Remington and I thought you
would like to see them. He has had about 25 goose
retrieves the past 4 days and has done awesome. Thank
you again for all the hard work you put into getting him
where is he is today. He is a great dog and it is
wonderful watching him bring the birds back.
Thank You,
John Elashik
